mypictr - is an online image resizer that is perfectly suited for creating a custom sized profile image but could also be used for any quick and easy image resizing needs. mypictr offers a handy dropdown box for a bunch of social networks, which will spit out the correct sizing for each one. There are also some generic sizing options as well as (I assume) the ability to just plug in your own dimensions.
Once resized, you can download the image to your own computer. Images are not retained on mypictr.
